Of course, I understand the years of frustration we have all experienced as investors and the considerable time spent by the foundation`s board. However, it appears that “something” has happened that makes it possible to lodge an objection. Why not take advantage of this opportunity? The lawyer has been abled to work on this case on our behalf for years, and I would expect him to be able to lodge this objection as a courtesy. Based on the response to this objection, we can always see “how to proceed”, for example, by having the lawyer initiate follow-up proceedings on behalf of investors on a no-cure-no-pay basis.Dear Rob and members of the steering committee, Thank you very much from me too for your time and tremendous effort. I would like to put a few questions to you: 1) Can this attorney be able to ensure that his claim is correct by submitting timesheets and / or invoices already submitted to IPI MABR in the past? 2) What is the total amount owed by IPI MABR to this attorney on the invoices? (IPI MABR accounting provides this). 3) Can a settlement be reached with this attorney? (If it is an amount to be overseen). The members may want to jointly pay the (settlement) amount, so that progress can still be made in this file so that the final result (sale of MABR to investors) is worked out. Our attorney can then draw up a binding agreement under Egyptian law with this claiming lawyer about the complete provision of all (digital) information, drawings, documentation ... etc. what this claiming attorney owns, has access to, etc. I look forward to your answer to my questions. I would like to ask you if you can send give an update about the progress made in the MABR dossier such as: finishing all legal documents, accepting transfer of the shares by the Egyptian Authorities, updating all annual reports, ruling certificates into shares for all holders of certificates, is there any outlook in time about actual could sell MABR ...etc. all what is important for the investors in the current process / the holders of the certificates. Perhaps it could be an idea to have a meeting before summer holiday for all certificate holders from the Stichting Administratiekantoor El Sery Marsa Alam? Ik vind het heel vreemd over komen dat de advocaat -die al in Egypte is- nu nog in het bezit moet worden gesteld van een volmacht om namens de STAK te mogen handelen. Afgaande op de informatie van 16 mei staat daar dat de advocaat al 2 weken in Egypte bezig is om de aandelen over te schrijven (dus vanaf begin mei). Nu staat er in het bericht van 19 juni dat de advocaat nog een volmacht nodig heeft en uitgereikt moet krijgen om namens de STAK te mogen handelen. Dit roept bij mij de vraag op wat de advocaat dan wel heeft gedaan in de periode vanaf begin mei t/m 19 juni (6 weken). Eveneens zou de advocaat een (of meerdere) gesprekken hebben met de twee (2) geïnteresseerde investeerders, wat is daarin de stand van zaken? Dhr. Frankenmolen stelt zeer terecht dat de advocaat zelf regelmatig het bestuur een korte update moet geven m.b.t. vorderingen in het proces en niet dat erom moet worden gevraagd. Welke afspraken heeft het bestuur hieromtrent met de advocaat gemaakt? Er is door de certificaathouders veel geld in deze `kansrijke` kwestie gestoken waarbij iedereen een belang heeft bij goed gevoerde heldere- en open communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen. Ik kan mij volledig vinden in de vraagstelling / opmerkingen van de heer Ruitenberg. Ruim 12 maanden geleden heeft er een vergadering plaats gevonden en sindsdien is er zeer summier gecommuniceerd omtrent de gang van zaken. Dat er nu een tijdspad gevraagd / verlangd wordt is meer dan normaal, vele hebben honderden dan wel duizenden extra euro`s geïnvesteerd in dit project en worden mijns inziens onvolledig op de hoogte gehouden over de gang van zaken. Dus bij deze nogmaals het verzoek, hetgeen reeds eerder door mij is gedaan, om regelmatig een up-date te sturen omtrent de voortgang van dit project. Daarnaast zie ik ook graag een planning tegemoet! Spreken we over maanden dan wel jaren die we nog te gaan hebben. Een advocaat vragen om een up-date slaat nergens op, deze wordt door ons betaald en heeft aan het bestuur normaal te berichten omtrent hetgeen zich heeft afgespeeld en wat er op de rol staat.( naar mij mening krijgt deze advocaat vorstelijk betaald) Ben benieuwend of we nu iets gaan vernemen!!! met vriendelijke groet P Frankenmolen

Er is inmiddels 1 maand verstreken na de update van 16 mei 2018 die handelde over het aanleveren van documenten (vanaf begin mei 2018) i.v.m. de overname (overschrijven) van de aandelen. Kortom 6 weken gepasseerd en ......geen verdere informatie. Een update stand van `alle` zaken en een tijdspad wordt door mij (en aannemelijk overige certificaathouders) op prijs gesteld. met vriendelijke groet..............Jan Ruitenberg Seit ich im November `unsere Baustelle` besucht habe, frage ich mich, warum können die bereits im Rohbau bestehenden Gebäude nicht fertiggestellt werden. Perhaps it is a could idea that the board plans a stakeholders meeting somewhere in the month May.? Besides eventual official points which must be spoken off , stakeholders can ask questions, the board can tell the latest news from the negotiations between the Egyptian lawyer and the interested parties for buying MABR, people who invested in the certificates/shares can meat and perhaps mr. Smulders (or the board) can give a small presentation about the difference in routes for the next period (what happened if......etc.). Stakeholders can send their eventual remarks/questions in front to the board so they can think about the answers. The invitation can be send on a sort term to the stakeholders with a date before they must send their remaks/questions to the secretary from the board . When the meeting will be planned in May then we all have enough time for preparation. It is almost one year ago that there was the first meeting, I think that a second meeting (as described above) can be useful and has value for everybody involved. Hi all: If Mondi is looking for some investor to purchase the MABR project; it should be advertised globally in a few well known websites or other forms of media to get the best offer from some keen investor. Dr Ghaleb; gratefully, tried to do some marketing while being on holiday in Hurghada. He, unfortunately did not have enough data or documents to support his attempt while chasing a couple of potential investors. In conclusion: I do suggest some marketing is needed adding the costs to the final selling value.

Dat is nogal nieuws!!Het ‘publiek’ gaan met de door het Steering Committee tot nu toe behaalde resultaten betreffende het Marsa Alam Beach Resort / El Serey is iets waar ik volledig achter sta. De leden van het Steering Committee hebben met hun geleverde inspanningen er zorg voor gedragen dat kopers in gelegenheid zijn gesteld om in het bezit te komen van een naar Egyptisch recht geldig koopcontract. Tevens is er bereikt dat de kopers konden inschrijven op certificaten van aandelen waarmee de kopers, na rato van het aantal certificaten die zijn gekocht, uiteindelijk aandeelhouder worden van de Egyptische BV die de eigenaar is van de grond, gebouwen, vergunningen, plannen en tekeningen van Marsa Alam Beach Resort. Het proces om hiertoe te komen is volledig transparant uitgevoerd dit geeft veel vertrouwen niet alleen naar de aandeelhouders toe maar ook richting geïnteresseerde investeerders of projectontwikkelaars die Marsa Alam Beach Resort verder willen ontwikkelen tot een volwaardig vakantie Resort. Het Steering Comittee heeft de afgelopen vijf jaar figuurlijk gesproken de onderste steen boven gehaald om in samenwerking met wettelijke vertegenwoordigers en via een regulier transparant traject het punt te bereiken waar men nu is aangekomen. De komende maanden zullen worden gebruikt om projectontwikkelaars te vinden die de aandelen willen kopen. Na verkoop van de aandelen is het dankzij de jarenlange inzet van de leden van het Steering Committee en de financiële inbreng van de een aantal leden van Mondi en de latere certificaat/aandeelhouders, mogelijk geworden om tot ‘deel’- uitkering te komen die de financiële schade van de oorspronkelijke aankoop van een appartement in het Marsa Alam Beach Resort deels of grotendeels zal vergoeden. Guten Tag, leider konnte ich an dem Meeting aufgrund der großen Entfernung und meines fortgeschrittenen Alters nicht teilnehmen. Habe heute die Dokumentation versucht zu lesen, denn die Übersetzung geht leider nur mit dem Translator. Große Sorge macht mir die Aussage (Ca. 180 Käufer mit einem IPI Käufer Vertrag wird effektiv ein wertloses Dokument, sobald die Aktien wurden übertragen und IPI MABR wurde abgeschottet, auch keine rechtlichen Möglichkeiten mehr. Da alle Käufer die Möglichkeit gegeben haben, ihren Vertrag (auf Niederländisch, Englisch und Italienisch) zu ändern, haben sie sich aber geweigert. In der Berufung, ein Teilnehmer in STAK zu sein, gab es keine Diskriminierung in der Art des Käufers. Dies bedeutet, dass das Management nicht mehr Anstrengungen zu Gunsten der circa 180 Käufer in Besitz eines IPI MABR Käufer Vertrag zu nehmen. Mit Ausnahme der Teilnehmer! Diese Gruppe sollte ihren Vertrag als abgeschrieben betrachten, ...) Soll das heißen, dass mein Vertrag wertlos ist oder ist das ein Verständigungsproblem? Bitte beantworten Sie mir diese Frage. Mijn man heeft een hotelkamer gekocht? Op Marsa Alam. Ligt al 15 maanden in Antwerpen vanwege harttransplantatie. Het gaat niet goed met hem. Welke stappen moet ik onder nemen , om alles goed geregeld te krijgen, bij een eventueel overlijden. Wij hebben in 2015 wederzijfs via de notaris volmachten voor elkaar afgegeven. Waar ergens heeft de meeting plaats? Ik kom uit Belgie en indien mogelijk zou ik er ook wel willen bij zijn.....hangt af van de afstand.

Goedenavond, uit de Mond Update valt op te maken dat Eric Maan, nu hij heeft getekend , ook zijn aandelen zal verkopen , dat is goed nieuws. Gelijk aan dhr. Frankenmolen stel ik ook een vergadering op korte termijn voor. In de aanloop naar de op een nog nader te bepalen locatie te houden vergadering, wil ik voorstellen om voorafgaande daaraan een Telefonische vergadering te houden waar iedere aandeelhouder aan kan deelnemen. Via bijvoorbeeld de KPN kan dit zelfs zo geregeld worden dat iedere deelnemer zijn/haar eigen telefoonkosten betaald (€ 0,10 incl BTW per minuut). Zelf heb ik wel een informatiebehoefte over het gelopen traject, valuation report, actuele stand van zaken, plannen van het Steering Committee etc. Een telefonische vergadering kan heel snel worden geregeld (zelfs direct/nu) maa ook oer persoonlijke e-mail kenbaar worden gemaakt aan alle aandeelhouders zodat bijvoorbeeld Woensdag 7 juni om xx:00 uur de telefonische vergadering kan beginnen. Datum/tijdstip uiteraard door het Steering Committee in te vullen en aan de aandeelhouders over te brengen. Vriendelijk verzoek aan dhr. Goedemiddag, afgelopen week heeft u mij aangegeven dat er eerdaags een vergadering zal worden belegd met de aandeelhouders om het een en ander te bespreken en te presenteren. Kunt u aangeven wanneer dat gaat plaats vinden? Het vakantie seizoen komt eraan en het lijkt mij van belang dat er zoveel mogelijk aandeelhouders aanwezig kunnen zijn, ook wenselijk indien er wellicht gestemd moet worden over bepaalde zaken. Graag zie ik uw reactie per omgaande tegemoet. mvg P Th Frankenmolen

Betreffende dhr. Maan en dhr. Oddens heb ik enige van belang zijnde gegevens uit de gepubliceerde verslaglegging van het Steering Committee vanaf 3 maart 2017 tot heden samengevoegd. Over dhr. Maan: die is op 3 maart akkoord gegaan met ondertekening en is dit ook zo met de curator overeengekomen. Mijn vraag is: op WELKE DATUM gaat dhr. Maan nu wel ondertekenen (gelet op de tekst hierover in het verslag van 20 mei)? Het zal niet verbazen als. dhr. Maan `samenwerkt` met dhr. Oddens, beiden zullen voornamelijk hun eigen financiële belangen willen uitbuiten waar mogelijk. Betreffende dhr. Oddens. Ik lees 2 totaal verschillende zaken waarmee dhr. Oddens aan het tijd rekken is (en de huidige aandeelhouders dus opzettelijk extra financiële schade toebrengt)! 1. Op 5 may deelt dhr. Oddens mee dat hij een Take Over Candidate heeft voor Marsa Alam Beach Resort. Dit wil hij vastgelegd hebben in `The Agreement` . Hierbij verwacht hij binnen één (1) maand meer duidelijk te hebben over deze Take Over Candidate en het volledige overname proces in Augustus 2017 te hebben afgerond in overleg/samenwerking met de huidige aandeelhouders! 2. Op 20 mei deelt dhr. Oddens mee dat hij niet wil tekenen als een investeerder bereid is zijn aandelen binnen 4 maanden over te nemen.! Tenzij ik het niet goed lees / interpreteer staan er twee (2) verschillende zaken vermeld. Op 5 mei gaat het over een volledige overname (koop) door een aan dhr. Oddens bekende koper van het volledige Marsa Alam Beach Resort. Op 20 mei gaat het over de overname van uitsluitend de aandelen van dhr. Oddens (lees Notwerk BV), binnen 4 maanden door een `mogelijke investeerder` die ook nog eens onbekend is bij dhr. Oddens. Laatstgenoemde doet aan wishful thinking, tijdrekken en frustratie van het gehele overname proces van de aandelen. Wellicht wil dhr. Oddens een deal sluiten met een `mogelijke investeerder` gelijk het moment dat de rapportage van het valuation report aan de huidige investeerders/aandeelhouders bekend is? Wat ik mij afvraag is hoe lang er wordt doorgegaan met het geven van laatste waarschuwingen? Op 15 juni 2016 staat in de verslaglegging dat dhr. Oddens akkoord is gegaan met de aandelenoverdracht. Verder wil ik verzoeken om de datum van de vergadering met alle participanten zo spoedig mogelijk kenbaar te maken zodat zoveel mogelijk participanten ook aanwezig kunnen zijn. vriendelijke groet, Jan Ruitenberg ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 3 March 2017 Eric Maan and the curator already agreed with the concept agreement. They only have to sign the documents. 4 March 2017 Mr Oddens can’t do anything with his shares, without the permission of other shareholders. 12 April 2017 Finally there is a meeting scheduled with Jurgen Oddens and Eric Maan. Next week Friday. 21 April 2017 The appointment for today with Jurgen Oddens and Eric Maan is cancelled by Oddens last Wednesday. A new appointment is scheduled for Friday, May 5th. 5 May 2017 The following arrangements have been made: 1. Jurgen Oddens will sign the purchase agreement on behalf of Notwerk B.V. Wednesday next week after adding a paragraph, which relates to the potential takeover candidate; 2. Oddens expects to have a clearer understanding of the takeover candidate within one month and then finish the full acquisition process in August 2017 in collaboration with the shareholders. 20 May 2017 Eric Maan and Jurgen Oddens have not signed the agreement yet. We had a discussion with Jurgen Oddens about one paragraph. He wants to sign, but not if an investor is willing to take over his shares within 4 months. We will not wait any longer and gave Mr Oddens a last warning.

Hoeveel procent aandelen heeft de heer Maan eigenlijk in zijn bezit en wanneer gaat hij tekenen? Wat wordt er verstaan onder laatste waarschuwing aan de heren Maan en Oddens, moet hij daar bang van worden? zie graag uw reactie op korte termijn tegemoet. Heeft dhr. Oddens zoals afgesproken afgelopen Woensdag de verkoopovereenkomst/aankoopovereenkomst m.b.t. de aandelen overdracht van Notwerk B.V. getekend en ook de aandelen daadwerkelijk overgedragen? Brengt dhr. Oddens ook verslag uit over de voortgang m.b.t. zijn proces in zijn `Takeover Candidate`? Indien niet is dit niet wenselijk daar dhr. Oddens termijnen steeds opschuift? Op welke wijze worden de aandeelhouders betrokken in het acquisitie proces zoals boven benoemd bij dhr. Oddens?
