There are intermediaries who say they have investors after they get 50,000 USD deposited into their account. Of course, it remains to be seen whether a follow-up step can be taken at all. I have seen all the tricks in the past 25 years. Discussions have taken place with internationally renowned hotel chains, with demonstrably large, wealthy project developers and even with various Egyptian generals with capital partners in the Middle East. Personally, I have invested a bizarre amount of time and energy into this project, and I was very surprised that during the purchasing phase with the last prospective buyers the deal was canceled because the purchasing party did not want to identify themselves. At least, according to our lawyer who would receive 10% commission after the transfer. If we don't know who the buyers are, there is little to sign. it still amazes me that our lawyer - who put hundreds of hours into our project in Marsa Alam - dropped out so quickly after our condition was that we wanted to know who the buyer was (which, by the way, I had requested from the beginning).
