Dear Jan and all involved members, The answers to your questions are: 1) Claims must be submit to the curator of the bankrupt I.P.I. International Property Investors Mabr B.V. and then the creditor may join other creditors. However, the trustee advises against submitting a claim because there is nothing to divide anyway. The lawyer in question was also unable to submit invoices to the curator regarding IPI Zafarana Beach Resort, but did claim 74,000 euros through Eric Maan. This claim has never been recognized. Ultimately, this was discussed for 1.5 years. I was then member of an expert committee as an advisory to the curator, so I am aware of all the details. 2) That’s not clear and I am not going to ask that, because it make no sense. There is a bizarre high unreasonable amount coming out. Eric Maan has signed an agreement drawn up by Mondi that he will cooperate fully to help us. Sometimes I have to remind him, but to date we get what we need. 3) Yes, if it’s really necessary we can make a settlement. But only with the best perspective.
