Dear Sirs, on October 30th update you wrote: `All shareholders (transferors) and also the acquirers must sign a special authorization`. I didn`t receive any anthorization until today… Kind regards.

To avoid misunderstanding:
This 'special authorization' must be signed by the curator, Mr Jurgen Oddens, Mr Eric Maan and Mr Jurgen Oddens on behalf of Notwerk B.V.
They have all signed the preliminary purchase agreement for the share transfer. Now this must be officially registered in Egypt.
I just spoke with Mr El_Sharkawi (our lawyer). He tries to finalize the drafts this weekend.
