Hi Ghaleb, We published a letter (23 September 2013) for our members how to claim the rental guarantee. You can look back in het secured section. if this letter was sent before the due date, they could claim the full bank guarantee. it was mainly the Dutch and Belgians who made use of this. I far I can verify, you never had a bankguarantee. The expiration date of the relevant bank guarantee is lost anyway, you can never claim it as he has a bank guarantee for the delivery, which was valid for the apartment for around 14 years.
