Given the current situation my view would be to take what is on offer and if that`s 15% of a finished complex then so be it. My thanks to those who continue to fight our cause.

If a potential investor offers 15% as a share in a fully realized project during a first meeting, that does not mean that this can also lead to a purchase agreement. No rights can be derived from offering a prize without a signed agreement.
