Today I spoke with Mr El-Sharkawi again and I preparred an update, which must be approved and translated by the foundation first before we can publish the update in this section.

Thank you for the update which I read. The whole case worries me more and more, we all started with enthusiasm in the understanding that we could buy the shares (which was no problem besides the corporation from the first time owners of the shares). Now I read about equal prices of the shares (not mentioned before), problems with the accountant, the authorities ...etcetera. To avoid a complete loss of everything, perhaps the shares/project can be sold for a less price that we hoped for. In my opinion it is better to have less in stead of nothing.
