Happy New Year and best wishes for this new year. I myself have regular contact with the investor. In order to travel responsibly to Marsa Alam and Cairo, the travel advice must be (reasonably) safe. Unfortunately it is not that far yet. As soon as this changes, we can schedule appointments with the investors and our lawyer for a visit to Marsa Alam Beach Resort and its immediate surroundings and then at, among others, the Tourism Development Authority (TDA) in Cairo.
