So pleased we are placing our 2nd house for sale with CasaXero and with Ruud. We sold our 1st house for which Ruud did check all our paperwork in advance and made all very clear to us how our property should be registered. Once this was clear Ruud assisted perfectly the architect and the way to Registro with the very helpful assistance of Ruud`s lawyer, Sandra Wolfe.
Our advise to other sellers (so also buyers) please let you be advised by Ruud how the paperwork is organized to prevent any future problems.
