I moved to Northern Portugal from the USA in the fall of 2022 and worked directly with Herman in the purchase of our dream home. In addition to helping us with the purchase, he provided help in so many ways in getting settled in Portugal before and after closing on the house. I have school age kids and he was able to help with getting in contact with the principle of the school. He also took us around to register our family with the parrish, find electricians/plumbers, and many other services we needed. Since purchasing the home he has continued to be available as we have additional questions and needs. Very responsive, usually within a couple of minutes unless he is actively with another client.
