I am in for investigation even if I do not have a lot of faith anymore that after all these years it will come to a positive outcome. It is unbelievable that we have also been misled by our current laywer. If after the investigation the laywer sees chanches to file cases than it all depends for me on the cost if I will decide to go on or not. To be honest. I am only member of Mondi because of this case, so when it takes 10 years next to the cost of the laywer there is also 10 years membership fee.

If there is no serious chance of success, Mondi advises members to cancel the membership if there are no other interests. Mondi has no interest in keeping members on the line. We put a disproportionately large amount of time into this file ourselves, especially if we are proactively involved as at this stage.
