Hi there I don`t mind paying 50 Euro But this lawyer is talking rubbish I understand that we are desperate But at least we are not stubid Mr Alalfi has already gave a power of atorney to someone to sell the units to us and we have the copy Mr Alalfi took money by a cheques and my understanding went into certain bank account 1000Euro it means 20000 Egyptian Pound to give his opinion it is a looting We don`t want to do repeat the same stupid mistake when we paid what is called kopalt firm in London £ 10000 and he laughed at us . I don`t have any faith in that Sharkwi As I said, I don`t mind paying.

We already took the decision for a second opinion as you can read in this secured section.
5 April 2013 we started with Gamal El Kassed. Phases 1 and 2 were satisfactory and we were informed correctly and regularly about the findings.
Phase 3 is on no cure no pay basis. The criminal court cases were estimated to take one year. The civil court cases 1.5 years. Now we are 5 years further and Gamal wants to continue only if we pay € 7,000 for the civil court case. In the last 4 years we have been very badly informed and when we received information it was at the insistence of Mondi.
Who tells me that Gamal did not put it on an agreement with Walaa El Alfi?
This suspicion does not come out of the blue.
Do not contact Gamal directly! We still have an agreement with Gamal and he has the PoA’s. First let's wait for the second opinion before we make any decisions at all.
