Hi Everyone, Sorry for the late reply but we are in Portugal at the moment. We are prepared to continue but this is subject to how many investors are willing to go forward. It is important to get an actual number so we know what costs we are going to incur. Our final decision will depend on this. I also wish to state that I am highly suspicious of our current lawyer, as we have already paid all the fees he originally requested. He agreed to continue with our case on a no win, no pay scenario. I have a feeling that he could have taken an inducement from Waalla himself ! If a smaller amount of investors are willing to take this further, is the lawyer willing to reduce his costs?
