It seems that our current lawyer is sceptical, but the reaction of the members present during the meeting is that we need to have clarity where we stand. More than five years ago Gamal indicated in the letter of engagement that we have to take into account approximately one year in criminal cases and thereafter a year and half in civil court cases. To my opinion now Mr El-Sharkawi is more realistic. At this moment we can’t say if and how much money can be recovered and how much money this will cost. After consulting Mr El-Sharkawi we can probably answer these questions globally.
