Our experience of our purchase with Ruud from CasaXero was an enjoyable one. His awareness, knowledge, contacts and support were 100% and we even questioned if he ever slept as was always on hand when needed. We had heard many stories both good and bad of people making a purchase in the same way we did though many different means however I can say with certainty our experience was a good one. Advice – well everyone has an opinion, but I think it fair to say a buyer must be realistic, be prepared, communicative, and have a plan. We had been looking for years at property in Spain and what it all entailed and once we found the right place we started the purchase with open eyes of what was expected and planned things in full as best we could. As such I would assume those who have not enjoyed a good purchase in Spain may have been due to their own lack of planning perhaps? For us, what we needed support with we got, we received it promptly, and were never left in the dark.
