The first contact with mrs. Poulissen from Carin Poulissen Dreamvillas (Maxiberia) is warm and friendly. After the contract is signed then the problems are rising and escalating. Materials are not longer available from the prospectus, therefore more expensive alternatives need to be chosen. Regulations from the city hall are not followed. And have to be corrected afterwards. Houses are delivered to small or on the wrong place located on the plot which causes problems with the city hall requirements. Constantly mrs. Poulissen and her staff are trying to get extra money with non valid arguments. Changing contracts, Other materials needed, extra regulations from the City Hall, Long delays in building periods are to blame the city hall with as a result more costs for labour and materials according to Maxibaria, but in most cases that`s not true. Maxiberia promises to build the house in 2 years, but the average building time for her villas in Javéa is 4-6 years. And an enormous rising of the financial budget. The aftersales is very poor. Not solving problems, no contact with mrs. Poulissen. Rental constructions and the Licencia Primer Ocupación are hard to get. There are many very unsatisfied customers in Javéa. With various customers there has been an settlement afterwards or during the building process. Several customers ended the contract during the building process. There are customers which are going to court and lawyers which have to negotiate for a settlement afterwards for the extra costs due to exceeding building time and extra `unforeseen` costs. Building with Maxiberia will lead to exceeding financial budget, exceeding regular building time and a lot of annoyance and stress. When you are in Javéa on the location Villes de Vent for a sightseeing or orientation. Check with the owners from the houses she has build and hear the true stories. It is unfortunate that the villas have a nice design but to get a villa without problems that is not possible.
